Experience

Belinda has worked in corporate treasury since 1997. She began on the client side: a back-office team of seven at Pacific Dunlop, relationships with more than a hundred subsidiaries across twenty countries, and AUD $100 million moving daily across foreign and local bank accounts. At TUI Travel she owned the enterprise treasury system — Findur / Openlink, including SWIFT payments — along with its budget, its enhancement schedule and the treasury business continuity plan.

From 2002 she implemented those systems from the other side of the table: Integrity implementations and migrations at Integrity Treasury Solutions and at Avantgard, then transformation programmes at FIS, where she coordinated lead consultants, the SaaS team, third-party vendors and the banks. At Klesch she took a TMS upgrade end to end — test plans, user acceptance testing, subsidiary on-boarding and the payment interfaces across SEPA, XML, DTAZV and SWIFT. Hedge accounting under IFRS and GAAP is her specialism: implementation lead at FIS, specialist at City Financials, and chair of ION’s internal hedge accounting group.

She has worked from London, Paris, Melbourne and Sophia Antipolis, and managed the UK and European client base at City Financials — thirty-five clients, and a support desk of three. She is British, Australian and French, and works in English and French.
