Most of what we do is a continuing relationship, not a project.
Three ways in. The first is how most of our work runs; the other two are smaller, and are often how it starts.
Three ways to work with us
Most of what we do
Ongoing advice
We work with clients over months or years, getting to know their systems, their suppliers and the decisions in front of them. We join the meetings where decisions get made, read what the vendor sends you, and say what we think. We agree how much of our time you need, and get directly involved when it is warranted.
Independent reviews
A focused look at one decision, system or implementation. We tell you what we found, what worries us and what we would do about it. Some clients only ever want this; for others it is how the longer relationship starts.
Hands-on help
We also work directly on implementations and technical problems — with your team, your vendor and your systems.
Not sure which of these you need?
Most people are not, at the point they call. Say what you are dealing with and we will tell you which of the three fits, or that none of them does.
